Book Talk of "Survivors Club"

Authors Michael Bornstein and his daughter, TV news producer Debbie Bornstein Holinstat, will discuss their compelling non-fiction bestseller "Survivors Club: The True Story of a Very Young Prisoner of Auschwitz" on Sunday, September 22 at 3:00 pm in the West Caldwell Public Library, 30 Clinton Road.

Through a series of photos, recently discovered documents, and memories shared, they will relate the unforgettable true story of how a father's courageous wit, a mother's fierce love, and one perfectly timed illness saved his life during the Holocaust. This shocking, but uplifting story of what happened to Jews in one Polish village in the 1940's will fascinate audience members of all ages.

This program, co-sponsored by the Friends of the Library and the Historical Society of West Caldwell, is free and open to the public, but advance registration is required. To sign-up, call the Library at 973-226-5441 or sign-up online @ https://bccls.libcal.com/event/5627929. Copies of the book will be available for sale and signing after the event.
