Montclair, NJ – Wednesday, November 20 at 7 pm.

The arrival of two train lines in Montclair revolutionized the town in the 19th century, transforming the town from a sleepy agricultural community to a bustling suburban community. Helen Fallon, Vice President of the Board of Trustees for the Montclair History Center, will talk about the history of the train lines and train stations and their impact on Montclair. Talk will begin at 7 pm at the Crane House & Historic YWCA. 110 Orange Road, Montclair. Suggested donation: $5/person. www.montclairhistory.org.
